Our planning team catering to our medical professional clients is championed by co-founders Max Adams, J.D., LUTCF® and Gary L. Ciampitti, CFP®, CLU®, ChFC®.

Max started his career as a public defender and in 1995, found his passion serving medical professionals by way of his father, Arnold Adams’s involvement in local hospitals. While working with Residents and Fellows negotiating their employment contracts, he saw a great need for financial, tax, and asset protection planning. Max has helped build, maintain, and protect the careers of Residents, Fellows, Physicians, Dentists, Veterinarians, CRNA’s, and Physician Assistants across the country.

Gary started his career as a stockbroker during the recession, and in 2012 began transitioning his career towards more holistic planning. Over time, his client base evolved to being almost exclusively comprised of medical professionals because of his love for helping doctors. Max and Gary agreed to conduct a joint seminar for physicians after meeting at a conference in 2016, and quickly founded Medi Financial Services, LLC. which grew to serve medical clients spanning throughout the country. 

Across medical specialties, our team has accompanied many of our more seasoned clients from their first years of residency, all the way through opening and eventually selling their practice. Keeping within this concentration allows us to understand not just our clients' individual needs, but the unique needs for their respective medical specialties. 

We understand that the time our medical clients have is scarce, and our rich familiarity of the environment within which they work privileges us to accomplish a great deal in a time-efficient manner. From academic physicians, W2 employees, 1099 contractors/locums, to practice owners, our clients look to us as their guide, and we honor this position with great passion and responsibility.
